Trainee Associate

The 'Retail Trainee Associate' program trains the students for job roles which includes merchandise display i.e. how to stack products on shelf in a retail store,service the customers as per their needs, sale of relevant product offerings to the customers. The trainee associates perform a key function in a retail store operation since correctly stacking the right kind productsin a methodical manner has shown to generate more sales thus resulting in more revenue for the store.

The training program covers:

• Display stock to promote sales
• Planning and preparing visual merchandising displays
• Dressing visual merchandising displays
• Dismantling and storing visual merchandising displays
• Preparing products for sale
• Promoting loyalty schemes to customers
• Keeping the store secure and maintaining health and safety factors of the store
• Provide information and advice to customers
• Creating a positive image of self & organization in the customers mind
• Working effectively in a team
• Working effectively in the organization

Eligibility:

• Age: Minimum 18 years
• Qualification: Class X (10) pass
